I feel that Booked.net were not honest in regards to their star rating for Arizona \Inn & Suites. It is not a 3 star rating. I would class it as a 0 to 1 star rating. The hotel is very outdated & run down. The bed we slept in was like sleeping on springs as it was very hard uncomfortable. Everything in the room was old except for the television. The channel changer did not work properly. There was no coffee machine in the room as stated in the brochure. We did not get a breakfast as we could not find where to eat. Thw place was a total disappointment. I will not use booking .com again & I will also advise my family & friends not to also. Wayne/Elaine

Nothing to like here, nothing
This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The chairs were so filthy if you put them on the street with a 'free' sign, nobody would take them. All of the towels and pillow cases were stained. It was a 'non-smoking' room but there were marks on all sides of the lavatory top from people laying lit cigarettes on it. They charge $1/pg for incoming fax. I had some documents sent to me here overnight express. At 9 am I checked out to go wait somewhere else and told the owner I would check back later for the documents and he said he would not accept them after 11am because that was check out time! Avoid this dump!

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Even though the furnishings were a little worn, they were perfectly adequate for the price we paid. The location was convenient, with groceries and restaurants nearby. We were impressed by the friendliness of the owners, especially Pete, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again for an overnight.

We liked the size and layout of the room. The staff was extra helpful! At check-in they gave us bottles of water, a city map, a Yuma magazine, a highlights map of their own design, and a phone number to call if we had any problem in Mexico. Couldn't ask for more than that! We loved the Pueblo style of the motel. They must be doing it right because the motels near them were pretty much empty and they were full every night. We would absolutely stay here again.
Room furniture is pretty cheap stuff but adequate. Minor paint touch up of the motel exterior is needed. One end of one towel rack wasn't mounted securely.

Very nice owners. Willing to do what ever to make our stay comfortable. Has microwave and small frdge. For things we needed to keep cold,
Could not get hot water to the sink. Was luke warm. Ran for several minutes and never got very warm. We didn't mention it since we spent very little time in our room and wasn't that big of a deal. The shower got hot but lost a little heat for the second person using it.
